The 20-points programme conceived by late Prime Minister Srimati Indira Gandhi in 1975 is finally materialized. The 6500 employees of Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra, Gentegory, Palashy, Dhaniakhali, Hooghly, West Bengal, 712303, have been working continuously in the 204 blocks of the 18 districts for the last 35 years. A few dishonest men have deceived many young, unemployed people under the name of this organisation. They have defamed the organisation and have collected a lot of money in this way. They have used the names of posts such as Working Secretary cum Executive Officer etc. which does not even exist in the organisation.
The Secretary, Mr. Soumen Koley, had informed the Hon'ble Central Home Minister Mr. Rajnath Singh last July and August 2015 about this. The A.P.S of the Central Home Minister, Prabhat Tripathi had informed the P.S of the Hon'ble Chief Minister Smt. Mamata Banerjee on 31st August 2015 via Memo No 131/H.M/P.T/A.P.S/2015
and requested them to take stern steps against such fraud cases. Under
the circumstances, the secretary of the organisation, Sri. Soumen Koley, took recourse to the Kolkata City Civil Court and High Court. The High Court verdict for case no F.M.A.T 91 OF 2016 (C.A.M792 OF 2016) was given in favour of Plaintiffs/Appellants, Soumen Koley,
secretary, TJAPSKBSK and court, thus allow this appeal by setting aside
the impugned order and restrain the defendant/respondent,
The secretary of
the organisation, Sri Soumen Koley, informed this matter to the respected Chief Minister of West Bengal Smt. Mamata Banerjee via letter Memo No. K.B.S.K/188/2016 .

Kendra, the organisation has been working on various projects of the
government of India such as 'Beti
Bachao Beti Padao', 'Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan' and various projects of
West Bengal such as 'Kanyashri' and 'Nirmal Bangla Abhiyan'. The present
state government is also helping the organisation which was previously
unavailable during the left government rule. In recent times the long
struggle of the employees of this organisation came to an end due to the
full cooperation of the present central and state governments. It has
been officially known that all work will start within the next two
months.
